Ifit.com IfitNordic Track The calls randomly drop when you're trying to call support, you can't get anyone to answer the emails for a refund. Nordic track sold me ifit when I bought the treadmill, even though after research I found the treadmill I bought did not support ifit. To use ifit, you need a supportive device which is an apple product or a computer, which I don't have an iPad nor do I want to buy one just for this app, and a a computer is not feasible to use during workout. They're not helping me get my money back Internet 

 I bought a treadmill online from Nordic track. During checkout, it allowed me to opt for ifit which is a fitness app that is supposed to be used to sync with the treadmill. After receiving the treadmill, I realized ifit was not able to be used with the treadmill I bought - in that case, I should've been notified diffently with Nordic track I tried contacting Nordic track and ifit for a refund and both companies don't respond via email and the phones are "unusual long wait times" and someone will hang up or disconnect the phone I tried using ifit but unless you have a compatible device like an iPad or computer, it won't work. I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend more money just to use an app from a non responsive company, and a computer is not feasible to use Unless you want to throw your money away, don't buy this program
