ifreeclub.com James Clarkson,Customer Service Represtative, Tim Bizek, Senior Customer Service Repretative. In early March, husband and I picked out a tv that was promised to us in May. Never got it. Then I reported it to ifreeclub and they claimed a new one was sent out om May 27th 2011. Still don't have i Internet

In early March, my husband heard on his computer that there was a settlement for customers of Limewire and Frostwire from a lawsuit that Limewire had. It was to pick out anything you wanted and just pay $19.95 for S&H. We picked out a 54 inch HD 3D tv. Once we did that, I had email from James Clarkson that they got the order and email would follow with details on when it was being shipped out. I asked Mr.Clarkson 6 times to which posting service they were using and I got no reply on that. This is after I got email that at first, the tv would arrive between May 2-6.  Then I get another email from him saying that he was sorry, but the tv went out on May 6th and to give it 10 business days to get here. Still no tv. I then emailed Mr. Clarkson to let him know that the tv never came. On May 20th is when I sent him my email and he replied that he would give it to  his supervisor.  It was on May 26th, that I had an email from Tim Bizek, Mr.Clarkson's supervisor, telling me that "This never happened before and that a new tv will be posted soon".  On May 26th, Mr.Bizek sent me email that the tv would be shipped on the 27th of May. I then asked in email back to them of what posting service were they using and Mr. Clarkson finally told me standard post. Meaning the Post Office.

This is not about the $19.95 I gave them. It's about doing the right thing and stopping these people who prey on others. And I want them out of business.
