VA Home Loan customers beware!!!! Unless you have several months of time and energy to waste, please do NOT use this company!!!! They have not followed through with anything that they promised! They lead me on for two months! I provided all documents that were requested and they always came up with something else that was needed to get Pre approval. When I would provided each and every new item, they would never call me back, when they said they would!!!!
I did what I was asked within hours of each request and then days and weeks would go by before they would call me back! I called multiple times a day and left messages on voicemail and with receptionists! I finally called managers but apparently they do not have any interest in returning phone calls either! I am extremely frustrated with this entire group of people! Not one person (I spoke with 5) returned phone calls when they promised! I waited additional 24 hours and then called to track them down! If, by chance, I did finally get ahold of someone, they always said they were working on it! Never got answers!!!!
