All I can say is this company hides behind using the VA loan as bait to lure you in to there big scam. I was pre approved just to be unspproved and be told that there company changed policies after I received pre approved paperwork. I also had two non approved credit inquiries through there company without my permission

I must say I take partial responsibility for not doing my homework, had I viewed all these negative views and unhappy Veterans, I would of never dealt with this company in the beginning. I am not sure who is in charge of your companies Quality and Control because there us clearly a problem or else there would not be so many unsatisfied customers complaining.
