Ifriends Webpower question about refunds from 1-800-ifriends Internet

I'm sorry that I do not know the address of the physical company, though they do have a physical customer service. I just spoke with a nice young man at 1-800-IFRIENDS as their name appeared on my credit card. It seems that my oldest son, while away at college, decided to use his emergency credit card for pizza and on-line web sites.

I suppose he felt these were an emergency. Anyway, they were very nice and refunded all the charges that appeared on my statement, and one that I haven't seen yet (seems he signed up for a monthly membership to a fan club of some sort). They were much nicer and more helpful than the other two sites that he also joined! But I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the timeframe for the refund?

I did an internet search and this site came up a few times for their name so I thought maybe someone here could help. The young man said I'll see it by my next statement, but I was curious as to the actual time frame.
