Ifriends criminal fraud Internet

recently open an account with these criminals .. the first thing i noticed was a charge for a " premium" account which i DID  NOT order nor confrim i wanted .. after this i was several times lured into a "free section " of this website only to have the host say i need to refresh the room brb .. ok so i wait  .... now the next thing i know im being billed for using a "paid room"  when i was CLEARLY in a free section .. after contacting  ifriends they refunded a small amout of the money  i can prove they issued refunds  .. now if this doesnt prove guilt i dont know what does ..

i then requested via email that ALL funds stolen from my account be returned immediatley .. to which they send  an altered spredsheet " proving " i was in a "paid session" to this i say bullshit .. anyone can alter a spredsheet to make it appear a certain way .. i do not trust ANY information these criminals send ..i demand an immediate and full refund !! and this is not the first time this has happened  they have stolen from me before and i had to get my former bank involved ..  i see the thousands of complaints online and i can only wonder why they have nopt benn arrested and shut down permantly .. can you help me rippoff reportsd?
