Ifriends.com charged to my VISA card almost $2,000.00 that I never made. I sent ifriends a E-Mail about my complaint. I told them that somebody used my VISA and the ifriends.com site without my knowledge. The person used my password and other personal information to use the site. ifriends.com told me they can only give me $300.00 refund. I want a full refund. I should not pay for something I never did.

In addition, our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to obtain each customer's complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.
