HORRIBLE! If I could give them a 0 star. My home warranty company Home Warranty of America sent them out. The guy name Tim came out two days ago. He said that he needed to order a part for my faucet diverter. After paying him the $75 required fee, he leaves. Three days later, I had to call HWA. They tell me that they cancelled the claim because the techinican (Tim) claimed that part or plumbing was installed wrong. WHAT?! The HWA just went along with his story. This company along with HWA is a scam and fraud. They're totally milking the home warranty system trying to make a quick buck. Luckily the previous owners paid for the HWA. We will NOT be renewing if HWA is using companies like IGD Plumbing.
