IGIA, Epil-stop & Spray deceptive company, dishonest, mistreated and ripped off, product doesn't work, never refunded money, didn't acknowledge return New York New York

I purchased epil-stop and spray, trying it the first day. They say it smells like citris. LIE-it smells like a perm. It is advertised as a spray and wipe off. LIE-you have to let it set for up to 8 minutes. It gave me a stinging, burning unsightly rash that lasted several days.

I sent the product back in the original boxes. I'd spent $53.85 and expected the full refund. IGIA did not acknowledge the return, would not answer the customer service phone for 3-4 wks. After writing 2 letters to them I FINALLY reached a person who said they could not do anything.

I wrote the BBB who contacted IGIA. IGIA says they never received the product back and would make NO refund.
I could have burned my $54 and gotten as much good out of it! They sell many products with various names, not using IGIA included in the product name. BE CAREFUL what you order!!
