Igia - Singer Laser Storm Vacuum ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing and charges Lebanon Lebanon Tennessee

I placed with IGIA for a Singer Laser Storm Vacuum for $ 59.95 I believe. It was supposed to ship with 4-6 weeks. It took months to arrive and after many phone calls.

When it arrived, I was shocked to find four complete vacuums and charges totalling almost $ 500.00. I had been told it was a by one get one free deal. In relality, they misrepresented the deal, the fees, the time for shipment and the product.

I have since written them at least three times and phoned them twice that many times. I have been told there were mix-ups with shipping, orders and billing. I was told they would credit one-half of the money back to my charge card and send a return label to cover the return shipping fees. NONE of this ever materialized.

Can, or is anything being done to correct this outright thievery? I have seen many complaints on the Internet now.
