Igia Windstorm Vacuum ripoff no refund. New York New York

I ordered 2 Igia Windstorm vacuums on 11/12/05. I cancelled the order on 12/23/05 before any items were shipped and was given a cancellation #. I was told the refund would take 2-3 weeks.

It has now been 14 weeks and no refund. Not only that but I've e-mailed them 13 times and spent numerous hours on hold at thier customer service #, which has now been changed, before they just cut me off. Now I'm told they have given me a new cancellation # and said the refund is being 'processed'.

These folks are nothing but ripoff artist, no product, no refund, no integrity. II urge you to call your local TV station or paper and talk to the consumer affairs reporter and see if we can't put some media pressure or at least the spotlight on these folks.
