nov 2005 ordered windstorm vac from infomercial.Promises of buy one get second free.Plus steam cleaner.promised delivery in 4 to 6 weeks.

8 weeks later called to find out status of order. was told it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. still no order.

next call in late feb. 2006 when I requested a refund & was told it would take 30 days.4 weeks later I called again & was told the 30 days hadn't passed.

Now when I call the same 1-800 number it tells me to call during business hours,which I did.
They charged my acct. $484.39 for what was supposed to be a $120.00 vacuum
