There are many warning signs that tell you this is a bad company to deal with but I did not do my research and bought a video game off the website. When you buy a game off the website for download you have to activate it before you can get the program to run. I paid for the game and downloaded it, when I went to activate it tells me to contact customer service. The only way to contact them is through a form on their website. When you file a report it kicks back an automatic response that tells you a few "tips" and says that they will not contact you again unless you file again.
I kept on filing a report and days later I received an email with a solution that did not work. Now for the last couple of days I have been filing report after report (about a dozen) and they have not responded. I have asked for help or my money back but they will not respond.
I have called the companies headquarters and it goes to a voice mail. I left a message for someone to call me but no response. I wrote an email to the Digital Distribution contact on the website but have not got a response. I used the menu on the main phone number to randomly call the extensions of the employees but nobody answers the phone.
I am running out of options other than legal action but I would like to warn others of some of the problems you face by dealing with this company. Think twice before ordering anything off this company. They stole my money and by the way they handled me they would be glad to steal yours too.

After getting a hold of the manager for customer service they were more than apologetic. It was hard to get a hold of anyone but they have made up for it. The problem was with the company they use to activate the game and the tech. was waiting to find out more info before contacting me back. They should have contacted me to let me know but I should not blame the whole company for one employee's mistake. They really should make it easier to contact people at the company instead of there stupid email ticket system they use.
