ignite/stream energy double charges for usage Internet

I have been an ignite associate and customer for 3 months and I have been gettin charged for a stream bill as well as my peco bill. How is that possible when they advertise in their meeting that your bill will be cheaper than what it already is?  

               Also they also quote "GET PAID OFF ENERGY BILLS," and im wondering is this how they're making their money by having people sign up for a cheaper rate and charge them as well as their main distributor. Not only have they told us to ask our friends and family but they also said "People don't look at their bills as an advantage" to they don't know what they are paying anyway.

             Well i checked my bill and so did a few a friends in the company who signed their own household up as a customer and we were being charged by stream and our main distributors! How is that possible when we are supposed to be saving? Thats not saving thats FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR PERSONAL GAIN! I started to think more about what they said in those meetings and  it has made it very clear how they are making their money. First they give you this person who supposedly made all this money in another state and he tells his testimonial then they give you the BIG OL' business plan. They tell you all the good reasons to sign up which is $300 to start then they persuade you that you can make money off of ENERGY BILLS. After that they tell you to ask your family and friends because who better to persuade than to somebody that already trust you a FRIEND! Now what they are not telling you is that once you sign up for their internet plan which is $25 a month they automaticly take it from you without notice or confirmation and your electric bill is charged for usage! this is nothing more than a pyramid scam that has found a way to leak in to the system and find loop holes not to get fined! I personally will be doing a full BACKGROUND RESEARCH about all the complaints from every state that has expanded from ignite and stream energy and upon my findings i will be filing a CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
