this company has very bad customer service, i called a number of times to voice my issue to no advail . i would not recommend this product , it have a bad batterie life due to gps tracker and its made for kids, it should be able to be worn while they are playing. i had two of them go dead after a short time. my main issue is customer service , when i asked to close my account and return the monthly fee, i could not get a answer. i would look else where for this type of product.
