Karen L. Harvey responded to an add I placed on line looking for a Private Invester to help with funding a building project for a Children's cause. She responded back claiming to be part of a big religius group of Investors who where interested in my proposal. She claimed she needed to get this taken care of in the next 24 because the investment board only meets quarterly and they where meeting the next day to set up Loan Dispersements she said she would talk to her Investor partners and get back to us. Later that evening she faxed a Loan commitment form to sign that also requested 1.5% of the loan amount up front in the next 24 hours to be wire Transfer to her Citibank account Nr.0800831318 RTN: 271070801. She called it in her Loan Commitment form a (GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT) This sent up a red flag for me. So I went on Line to the State of Illinois Secretary of State web site to find out a detailed report on the LLC she listed and a INC she listed. The LLC came back not listed in the Corporation File data base. So I tried the INC, it came back Involuntary Dissolution. So I decided to call a friend of mine who works in Law inforcement and he said she is wanted for fraudulent acts. So I googled her last known business name and it came up possible Fraudulent person and referred me to this web sit. IM just lucky I did not get scammed out of my money, but IM sure IM not the Last she will try to scam.
