I've contacted IIFL Home loans Moti nagar, Delhi branch regarding home loan. At the very first they were very responsive and pick my call in one ring. After paying 1050/- for home loan fee. They didnt bother to pick my call regarding the status of my loan.
Its been 3 months since i heard from them that my loan is approved or not. They gave me a lots of excuse like your house no. is changed, the area is not MCD approved etc etc. Whenever i called my agent name (LALIT) regarding my loan status he never pick my call.
I called to their customer support team they said if your loan is not approved your money will be refunded. I emailed them to reach@iifhl.com but didnt get any reply. I contact them by their website. But no response.
This company is running by scammers, they are behind of your money not their customer. Now, I think i lost my 1050/- on this company.
Dont go with this compnay for HOME LOAN, they will take your money and never get you back.
IIFL HOME LOANS is running by greedy scammers and they are full of s***.
