The entrepreneur from Tizzano, Parma, known for its judicial vicissitudes, evaded tens of thousands of Euro from 2005 to 2007. Now another heavy sentence has fallen of the shoulders of Aldo Pietro Ferrari, teh 68-year-old-man from Madurera Tizzano who has been known since the nineties for his many judicial vicissitudes. The man who was accused in the past for crimes such as bankruptcy, fraud and receiving of stolen goods, the entrepreneur and financier (how he defined himself on his personal website)still has several ongoing criminal proceedings against him for aggraveted continued fraud against companies for which he acted as a financial intermediary and counterfeiter of stamps. The first instance trial which charged him with a maxi tax evation closed Tuesday in Parma. Ferrari was accused of failing to submit personal tax returns for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. It was demonstrated that he totally escaped Irpef for Euro 130 thousand and Euro 148 thousand for 2007, while they are still to quantify the non-payment for 2006. The complaint was reported thanks to an investigation by the Inland Revenue. Today the final ruling by Judge Pasquale Pantalone: Aldo Pietro Ferrari was sentenced to three years imprisonment.
