Ordered a flip key remote and paid extra for the key to be cut. When I recieved the remote and took it to the dealer to program it I was told that the key transponer chip seemed to be missing from the remote.

Since the flip key and the transponder are one unit the dealer had to order another key to be cut. I contacted the iKeyless support and was told that I would be refunded $29.95 for the flip key and not refunded the $79 for the key cutting. I called and talked to the support and told them that I wanted to speak to a manager.

After being pu ton hold the support person "Monya" told me that as a coutesy they would make an exception and refund the key cutting. I asked if that refund would include the $29.95 for the worthless flip key and she said they would now not be refunding that portion as they were before but would only refund the $79 for the cutting which they normally do not do. This company ripped me off and has no customer satisfaction policies. 

Be very aware that products they sell are faulty and they will not honor any customer satisfaction.
