On-line order was placed in Jan2009 for a kitchen knife set. I received a message from service@paypal.com that Paypal transaction was made to Metro Market Sales, Inc. for $103.30 and the funds were taken from my account. I followed up with inquiry about product shipment in Feb2009, again in May2009, and again in July2009.
Responses were that my order was on back-order. The last message from Susan Heller, "The Support Team" was forwarded to Michele Adams. Message from Michele Adams stated "Your order will remain on "Hold or Rejected" status until the order is shipped," and again referred the the back-order. As of August 2, 2009, the order still has not been receiced.
