IL. Dept. of Health and Family Services Child Support The division of child support says I owe 11,929.71 the state where the case is filed says I owe 784.00 my licesense is suspended because of this gross over sight please help. I have paper work to back my claim. Chicago Illinois

To whom it may concern I am a truck driver by trade and I am also a disable Veteran. I am being ripped off by the very
Government I fought to defend. I am suspended for an $11.929.11 bill that the collector does'nt believe I owe.
The state of Texas Attourny Generals office is the main body in this case. The state is where the case was strarted and hold
the final say in the case in question. The amount the state of Texas says I only owe $784.00 dollars. Big difference in totals
none the less The state of Texas claims they (Texas) have tried on many failed attempts to ask the state of IL. to release
my case .
The state of Illinois claims the department that would look into this matter has been lost to budget cuts. The hearing officer I spoke too in an appeals Hearing reviewed my paper work and realized there are some problems that can only be addressed in the court of law. I have tried to contact a lawyer about this problem to know response.
I have all the names and dates to back up any claims I have in this case. I mearly need someone to look into this whole matter for me as I must let you know I have a family I have not been able to properly provide for. Time is deffanately of the essence as I explained before I am a disable Veteran.
The child in question is now twenty-four years of age and is no longer recieving child support. The Illinois child support
office also goes on to tell me that the of the balance of 11,929.71 only 3,000.00 dollars of it is principal. The case number is
C00779349 Doket number 1997D0091095. This all arreers the state of Illinois has my drivers licesense suspended for.
The state of Texas has my best intrest in mind And have shown full co-opperation. The state has provided me with all papers.
