IL-MS Guy Rutland Guy Rutland invested in co to pay receivables and the company didn't pay the freight bils abd spent the money Covington Georgia

Mr. Guy Rutland was approached and became an investor and owner of Auto Inventory Management so that the freight bills could be paid.  After sending in our freight bills for a total of $4800.00 it has become apparent that the investment was spent and that he has no intention of paying any freight bills.  This is particy=ularly upsetting when his primary business is translporting vehicles like we do. 

Mr. Rutland appears to be an important person in the community and when I spoke to him personally he told me to send him the invlices from January 2014 to his email at rutsam@aol.com.  The same invoices were also sent to the General Manager that he gave the money to, Jeff WElls at jeffwells1@yahoo.com.

The laws in the United States are very clear that all freight should be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreement to be paid new 30 in writing.  It is obvious that this is well over the 30 days that is allowed.
