If you don't or ask to send it by money order they will simply stall you out and claim they have lots of clients from last month but the reality is they will never fund your project because for one they can't. The address for their office is the MILLINNEUM BUILDING IN DALLAS but they never will tell you the suite number because they are not there!

Also they will tell you "the client" you will recieve 2% of the trading proceeds for your project. We new something was wrong when we tryed to continualy contact Mr Victor Ely and he refused to answer his phone or our emails. All companies they claim they are affiliated with are companies that are "offshore" which is where your money will go! Mr Willam Victor Ely is a alias used to deal with clients. Stay away from this company as they will steal your personal information, project ideas and your background investigation fee which you can't get back because the funds are offshore. No us court can help you for that type of small claim. I hope all see this and Mr Ely gets a visit. I have two other contacts that he did them the same way as me. If it sounds to good to be true I guess it is!!!!!!!!
