ILD Teleservices Agent For INFO Dial USA LLC Adding my name as authorizing phone services for someone else's bill Ohio ILD Teleservices

I was greeted yesterday by a very angry neighbor, he had recieved his phone bill and there was a charge for 19.99 billed by ILD Teleservices for a company by the name of Info Dial USA. When he did not know they charge he contacted ILD and was told that a Cathy McNulty at 244 Mountain Blvd Wernersville ordered the service on July 18, 2008. I did not, I do not live at 244 Mountain Blvd, and never use the name Cathy when conducting business, I use my proper name Catherine. When I contacted the company they insisted I had to have done it, and that it was done on the internet on July 18, 2008. I do not have internet access at home, and I was off from work on July 18, 2008 so how did I do this? I am very concerned because I cannot find the company Info Dial USA on the internet at all, and ILD would not give us a phone number for them. They did give us an address of 11747 Euclid Ave Suite 251 Cleveland OH 441046. What if this company is giving out my name for other changed accounts? I am very concerned for my safety.
