ILD Teleservices - IDL Telecommunications Billed me for fraudulent charges on my telephone bill Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

I am filing this complaint for my mother (Barbara C). She has been getting a bill by IDL Teleservices for $23.22 each month added to her telephone bill in the miscellaneous section. These fraudulent charges by IDL Teleservices are supposed to be for an internet service provider PEOPLE PC. When I called IDL Teleservices they refused to listen to me as I explained that she does not use people Pc or any other dial up service. They advised me to call people Pc. Well, People Pc cannot answer or help you unless you have an account with them, well she doesn't. I did however ask if they use IDL Teleservices or anyone else for their billing. They told me that they do their own billing and had never heard of IDL Teleservices. I did call AT&T back and asked them to block the miscellaneous section of my mothers phone bill to stop these charges from being added to her bill again. I now expect IDL Teleservices to start billing her direct by mail, as they also do that. After doing a quick search for IDL Teleservices on the internet, it was apparent that my mother was not alone in these billing by IDL Teleservices because I found page upon page of complaints by people all across the United States that were getting these same type or similar fraudulent charges. There have been hundreds of complaints against IDL Teleservices about their billing for phony and inflated charges for everything from collect calls to psychic readings, a practice known in the industry as "cramming." This company is listed on (((ROR REDACTED))) (Top Ten Scams of 2007). This company must be stopped! So, I am asking everyone of you who has had problems or knows someone who has had problems with this company to contact me through my website at; (((ROR REDACTED)))
