ILD TELESERVICES ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing fraudulent ripoff business Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

I work for a Tennessee Telephone Service. We are a prepaid residental home service that resells for Frontier Communications Company. We receive bills from Frontier with ILD Teleservices charges all the time.

The customers say that they have never authorized this and says they dont have these services on their phone. I call to get the charges credited and this service blocked because we are the ones getting billed because we are a prepaid service and they say that it has been taken care of and the next month the charges are there again and sometimes even more charges are included.
