ACTING AS A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE BROKER WHO REPRESENT REAL ESTATE ACTION BIDDER COMPANY, BE AWARE SHE IS NOT WORKING FOR ANY AUCTION BIDDER COMPANIES, SHE IS LISTING PROPERTIES WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION, CHANGING REAL PRICES ON THE PROPERTIES AND ACTING COMPLETLY RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.
Her license need to be taken away from her. People of state of Illinois and realtors need to be aware that she is performing SCAM and trying to convince you to buy properties to invest money, properties may have problems and because she is not providing you any official contract and give you her word to trust her. You will not be able to sue her or anything. She consider herself smart enough to perform this fraud. There is properties with liens on them and unpaid taxes for years. Be aware she is Bulgarian b***h who is using illiegal immigrants to perform work for her, and if they refuse to work for free, she threathen them that they will be deported because she is going to call Immigration Services.
SHE IS POSTING PROPERTIES ON MLS WITHOUT ANY CONTRACTS SIGNED BY YOU. CLAIMING THAT INFORMATION AND PICTURES THAT YOU PROVIDE TO HER ABOUT PROPERTY BELONG TO HER, SO OTHER REAL ESTATE AGENTS HAVING PROBLEMS IN FUTURE WHEN LISTING THE SAME PROPERTY ON MLS.
ALREADY REPORTED TO IDFPR ABOUT ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND TAKE UNDER INVESTIGATION.

I always discloused my commission I work for commission as all Real estate licensee.All the checks i received are under my company name.Where is the fraud?

I have been working with this agent for almost 4.5 year i never had any problems with my deals or taxes or liens.
There's some stuff it's hard to know in short time specially when you buy through sheriff sale she always telling me we may Have some issue with the property like water bill unpaid or some taxes not showing yet or or or but i know that i am buying Property with low price what ever extra i am gonna be ok the same story with the car auction
I never ever had any big problem or huge amount of taxes or what he's talking about
And if he's really know anything about business he will know that there's no business with no risk or up and down
I believe that he's some one just doesn't have anything to do except this full of s**t stuff or problem makers
I think even career he doesnt have yet
Please go ask the hundreds of client around her first after that come talk
