Illinois State Tollway IPass ILLLINOIS TOLL ROAD SCAM Lisle, Illinois

I have a story you need to do so the rest of the Illinois residents dont get screwed by the state of Illinois toll way like I am right now. I have the almighty ipass you would think the account online would be an accurate accountof what you pay and what came out or how much you are negative if you happen to be. not so I find out right now today my Ipass says I am -3.00 so I logged into my account and put 20.00 on it. I get my mail today and I have a bill from the state that says I owe 5467.00 is missed tolls WHAT and going back to June of this year. first why the heck is this the first I am hearing about this and wait I just checked my ipass and I owe them 3.00 .

I called the customer service department the girl cant explain it to me so I ask for a manger she tells me that when  I get those email notices that the account is low sometimes the keeps adding the tolls to my ipass and sometimes they count as a violation and the state bills you. I explain this doesnt make sense when  I log into my ipass account it says what I have left or is some cases -1.90 or like today -3.00 she said yes but the is just what it says. really right now I have 31.00 in tolls pending not paid. they stopped hitting my ipass on 9/13. I said how would I know that I dont see it here. she told me I need to either write down all my tolls I go through or keep a mental note. again WHAT she tells me some will be taken from the 20 I just put on the account but some might not .I asked well which will she doesnt know maybe all maybe some maybe none, again HUH, and why cant I see them. she said this is not a running log I said but there is a toll history she said yes and the ones that say ttoll next to them are back charged tolls and the toll are ones that were taken out live and the others just go to a bill and get fined to the state. I asked again how would the average person know that. she said we should write down our toll spending or have auto draw which as I told her I would never let the state take money from the account directly since they cant manager theirs. I sure wouldnt give them access to mine.

So at the end I asked if I put the 31.00 more on my account will I now be able to use the 20 I already put on it. she doesnt know they might go back and pay some older missed ones. might not and just bill them as a violation. So the only way to be sure is to pay then who amount and if I wanted to pay 476.29 they would waive the 5000 fees but she couldnt tell me if any more had been sent to state as violations I could get another bill.

In the mean time I log back into my ipass and I am in the positive for 17.00 WHAT. How would the average Illinois resident know all this? Once again the right hand and then left hand or maybe it is too many hands grabbing for the tax payer money is cause turmoil and the little guy is screwed. I will now be driving 45 mins out of my way to go to my 11 dollar an hour job cause I cant pay the 467.00 right now and dont know if the ipass will work and since the tolls are double without it I cant afford to take the toll way my tax money built.

I have all document the print out from my I pass and the 4 page bill from the state going back to June that I just got now cause they have up to 2 years can let it accumulate like that (we need to change that law cause if in June I would have gotten a notice I would have known something was wrong and this wouldnt be as big an issue)
