This is incredible that because you make an inquiry online, a company is able to use your information to take money out of your bank account without your permission.  I did apply for a payday loan online, but because of the terms, I did not complete the application.  Well, that didn't stop Illustrious Perks from being able to take money out of my account without my knowledge or authorization.  No email, no confirmation, no signing of any documents.  Just $48.88 withdrawn from my account in the form of a check they made up.  Be very careful applying or inquiring about anything online!
