Illustrious Perks Debited my account AFTER I cancelled Membership Beaverton, Oregon

Like many others here, I applied for a pay day loan online, while going through the application process, I realized that the application was also signing me up for some perks membership that would debit my bank account. Obviously that was not something I wanted.  So I clicked cancel. And clicked cancel again. Apparently, through this misleading website, clicking cancel authorizes them to debit you rather than cancels your membership. I read further and realized that I was being signed for a seven trial so I figured I still had some time. I IMMEDIATELY called customer service and used their automated system to cancel my membership.
