I applied for an online loan through a payday loan place on July 6,2010...I called my bank to check on the status of my account, and it was overdrawn .. This "illustrious perks" place had debited my account for $48.88 on the 7th, claiming I had registered for membership when I signed up for the loan.. I canceled my "membership", told them I wanted my money back and no more contact.. I received an E-mail from them confirming my cancellation and stating I would be refunded my "membership charges"///and although the money was out of my account in less than 24 hours,  to this date.. the 19th of July, I have NOT had my money returned to me...Please help me get my money back..Thank you
