Ilonka Castillo and her family have been scamming foreigners in fraudlent real estate transactions in Punta Cana and Santo Domingo. She continues doing business as usual in Dominican Republci while she lives in the United States (Florida) havig launched Ciudad Nueva Sabana in Santo Domingo, yet to have paid the millions of dollars in damages she owes.
