Ilya Schulz Computer Repair Technician Fraud and Parts Swapping- Replacement Parts Fraud/Overcharging, Internet

This individual was thought he was very clever. We had hired him and used him several times before we realized he was ripping us off.

Individual would service all of our office equipment and perform preventative maintenance.

One of our employees was also a computer technician and discovered one of the computers he had just done some work on had a work order that didnt make any sense.

Parts were charged and replaced on the unit that didnt even exist. Others had not been replaced but were still charged for.

We then called Ilya out to give us a diagnostic and a perfectly good working computer that our other employee technician had made some simple setting changes to create some problems.

After Ilya gave us an estimate and parts invoice for repairs we knew this was normal practice and was a scammer.

We advised that if all of the money was not returned immediately we would call the police and file criminal charges. Ilya quickly agreed and apologized.

We kept our word about the police but feel it is necessary to WARN all others about this individuals practices.

Would have never thought this individual was capable of this type of behavior. Very professional and educated. Believe is employed full time with other company but performs computer repair and services on the side.
