IMAGE ENTERPRISES LLC Ben Dockstrader and Matthew Dockstrader - Owners WORKMANSHIP VERY SLOPPY ST GEORGE/Washington County Utah

My friend hired Image Enterprises LLC to do some changes in a new Shop, and they wanted the work completed by a deadline. This company was hired to do work so that my friends could open their spa by January 22, 2018.

This company was hired based on the comment that they were General Contractors. To find out months later that they are only Contractors, not General Contractors on the date they made their the bid for the job. They did not get a license to do business until January 2018.

The work that they did was so bad and not satisfactory. They only worked after hours (5pm or later), They did not show up everyday, more like once a week, 

They did drywall that had to be redone, they left a wall very sloppy, and incomplete, came back and painted over it, then someone else that was hired to fix their work had to completely redo the wall. They build 2 pony walls, that had to be completely torn down and redone. They would not return calls or text in a timely manner. The job was to be completed by Januar 20th. 

My friends had to hire someone else to redo and complete the job, which took the opening to January 29th. Image Enterprises did not finish what they started.

THEN...Image Enterprises took my friends to court (small claims) to get paid for the complete bid, but since they did not finish the job, and their work was so bad, my friends went to court, fought it, and won the case.

The owner Ben Dockstrader had a copy of his bid and invoices that did not show a complete bid, outlining what he was hired to do. The judge was confused about the bid and invoices, explaining that Image Enterprises did not breakdown the bid explaining what they were going to do and what price it covered.

I am a realtor of 48 years, and this company is not a reputable company. I would not recommend them to anyone. I did see the work that this company did, and to me, not being a builder or such, know that they did not do the work to the satisfactory of the owners of the spa.
