Imaglobus.com Unidentified charge on my credit card statement Nationwide

In review of my Orchard Bank credit card statement I discovered a charge for $9.87 from "Imaglobus.com" which I did not authorize. I have no idea who this is or what they offer as a service.

I looked them up online to find they offer some type of specialty services, maps, atlases...and my credit card company said also "guns and ammunition." I emailed the company and received an empty reply from the name "michael allison" at support@imaglobus.com. All that read in one of the headings under "Order Information" was REFUND, which I have yet to receive and my communications was 2-14-2008.

My credit card company then charged me a $30 late fee, because I refused to pay the $9.87, although they informed me that would correct all this and take it all up with imaglobus. Check your credit card statements! There are crooks and the scary part is..."how are they getting our credit card numbers or are they just randoming spitting out numbers with hopes of a hit, and find people who won't recognize a $9.87 charge on their statement?"
