Imail Planet, Inc Unbeleivable! Can't get a corporate number! Transferred to Manila!!! Scam for sure! Pissed off! Dalles Texas

Unbeleivable this is a scam!  I was calling on my bill yesterday regarding another issue so, I decided to inquire about this voicemail line (we don't have voicemail at our office) I was told that a person by the name of Orland J. set up the account in July of  2008!  I don't know who this person is, never heard of him, he has not ever worked for us. 

So, the rep told me she could credit me a month!  I asked to speak to a supervisor was told by her that she would credit 5 months.  I have let them know I am entitled to for payment since this was not authorized by anyone at our company!  The rep. let me know she has asked corporate for a 5 months credit that will be relected on my At&t bill in 2 to 3 billing cycles!  She would then ask "Corporate" to call me and discuss the balance owed to our office.  I asked her for the phone number to corporate and she said she doesn't have one!!!! Only an email address and that they are in Dalles Texas.  The call center is of course not in the states and is in Manila!  I asked her who she would contact if she had a problem with her paycheck?  She has no way to contact the company she is working for?  She very nicely didn't answer my question but, decided to tell me again she has forwarded an email to "Corporate" to call me and discuss the balance on the account.  At this point I just wanted to end the call. 

This is unbelievable that a company can take anyone word that they are the authorized person on the telephone account and I can't get our companies money back!  Our office has been paying for this guys voicemail for 10 months!  I have canceled the account and I will make sure that everyone and I mean everyone knows to check every single line on their At&t account every month cause you don't know what new scam Imail Planet will come up with!
