Anyone see Fatal Attraction? I’m living it, even though I’ve left two states and have now filed restraining orders in three. I’ve contacted FBI, I’ve contacted Interpol, I’ve asked RipOff Report for help removing a report that clearly violates my HIPPA rights and goes against the RICO act, and I’ve gotten nothing. Let’s go over all that this woman has done to me to harass me since I had my pacemaker implanted (which she calls “epilepsy”) back in 2011.

Following my near-death experience on 1/13/2011, I was fitted with a rate-responsive, dual chamber Accent DR RF 2210 St. Jude’s unit at UCLA Medical Center. This surgery took place several days later, the Tuesday after Martin Luther King Day. Two days after release from the hospital, she attacked me at home, and literally slugged me in my incision wound. As I shoved her off of me in an effort to protect my surgically implanted pacemaker, she called the police and immediately had me arrested. LAPD was unsympathetic, and I was put in jail where I served five days. Charges were dropped as soon as the judged heard the entire story. I was never on “three years of probation,” as she puts it, charges were never filed, and I DO NOT have a criminal record. Look it up. Anyone who wants to see otherwise, PROVE ME WRONG.

I have never taken anyone’s money, I still work in my chosen field of expertise, I still have a customer book that regularly refers back to me for service, and I intend to continue my career as a professional doing what I love. As far as SHE goes, I know for a fact that she has recently married in order to retain her borderline-illegal citizenship, that she now has someone watching me here in Vegas, that she is aggressively stalking me, and that I am in fear for my life as a result of the ways she’s going about harassing me. She is now sending me pictures of where I live, and stalking me and my wife via several social media channels.

Her baseless accusations about me making hack attempts on her accounts are whimsical, and I have names of people I know she has relations to here in this city that are watching me somehow. All of this has been reported to the appropriate authorities as of the time of this writing. Nothing is being done about any of it. I have no idea how any of this is going to play out.  

She has also distributed pornography via email to my wife in an attempt to berate and harass her, putting her down (see the attached email). Attached also is the last restraining order I filed against her as I had her written off of the lease on my apartment as I exited California. This was because she was breaking my things, and as I found out, having sex with my downstairs neighbor while doing crystal methamphetamine with him.

She is a two-time DUI offender who is hanging onto her citizenship by the skin of her teeth, and were it not for the fact that she had just married a lawyer in Santa Monica, she’d likely be a felon under any other circumstance. I need a lawyer badly. Someone please help me. I know I’m due damages. Any lawyer that decides they want to help me with this is going to find themselves paid handily with the paper trail I’ve built up on this woman’s harassment of me and my wife. Her husband has money, and I’ll bet he’s quivering knowing he married such a wreck.

I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding their $5000, and this mysterious website work I never did. This report was juvenile, vicious and illegal.

This whole ordeal is obviously fake, intended to berate and diminish my reputation, and I can’t afford arbitration to have a fake report taken down. Therefore, just as Virginia Alonzo has intended it, it seems as though this page will exist as the number one result whenever you pull it up on Google for now when you search for me. Research on the report reveals the originating IP address came from Arizona, though the complaint supposedly comes from Alabama. I'm not going to go into the events that drove this woman into putting this report up about me, but I know it was her, and she knows that this particular trade is one I specialize in.

Interestingly enough, this email came just three days after this report appeared, I got this via Gmail (which I will readily submit to the administrators of this website) from the suspected perpetrator of this report…

Been sober for 2 month's now. Very happy and content at the present time. I will continue to improve. You'll  continue being hateful and spreading  bad energy. In a moment during our time together, she once told me she went to no end to ruin any ex she’s had in the aftermath of their bond. I was told she wasn’t kidding, but that she had no intention of leaving me at that point. Then she was gone just a few years later, and this report appeared.

The “charges she dropped” were actually dropped by the judge, not her, for a domestic incident which she antagonized while drunk that occurred two nights following my release after the IMPLANT OF MY PACEMAKER, not the diagnosis of any epilepsy. She also hesitates to mention to hesitate the two DUI's she achieved that somehow miraculously failed to achieve her felon status. 

Since she wants to talk about my health, education and legal dealings, let’s get things straight. I believe she may still be stalking me, now that I've relocated here to Las Vegas. This woman is legitimately insane, and she has proven this via criminal activity. I still receive emails from her occasionally to this day that go to a filtered inbox. To suggest that she has irregular obsessions would be like suggesting that the sky has clouds on humid days. 

In other real-life happenings, I'm happy to report that I am in great health, am happily and gainfully employed, am now happily married, have been surrounded by wonderful friends and family in my new location, and most importantly (again), no one has approached me about any wrongfully taken $5,000 deposit for a website I didn’t build.

He was arrested and charged with domestic violence against me. I never filed charges against him. Police department filed against him based on all of my bruises.They took pictures. On June 10th, David Hojak received a spontaneous email from what he details to be a former lover of years prior. It would appear as though she believes he is the one responsible for some recent negative comments that she has received on a dating site. 

The email concludes with: 

"You should be working on your business Internet reputation.

Between June 6th and June 7th, two different internet reports appeared on ReviewsTalk and RipOffReports, both citing ridiculous claims and unfounded accusations. Though the accusation cites that David Hojak took money from a client in Alabama and disappeared, Mr. Hojak can prove that he has never done business in Alabama, has never taken such a ridiculous up-front payment from any client in any state, and has never "disappeared" on anyone. His website retains his contact information to this day, which does not change. His email address has never changed. His Facebook and LinkedIn profiles both show hundreds of friends.

Furthermore, accusations of racism are the most unfounded of all, as David has a multi-cultural family, and the former lover David believes is at fault for this recent wave of internet terrorism is actually of Hispanic descent. 

Police reports have been filed in both states, and prosecutors will be requesting that internet information pertinent to the submission be made available for legal purposes. These claims are fraudulent, and this action will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. False reports like this one scorch the institution of free speech that we as Americans rely upon in our freedom. As well, these reports are as ignorant as they are malicious, and it's a travesty that a company would contribute to the distribution of such fraudulent claims without so much as a single effort put towards verifying their accuracy. For example, DAVID HOJAK HASN'T BEEN BASED IN BURBANK FOR CLOSE TO SEVEN YEARS NOW.
