I discovered Treion M. Wright’s Instagram page in 2014 while searching for a private label cosmetics company. I sent her $50 on July 8th, 2014 for a consultation to determine whether she would be a good fit to source my cosmetics for my business. On July 22nd, 2014 I made the payment of $873.00 for her to begin the formulation of my lipsticks. Her website stated that the formulation of the lipsticks could take twelve weeks. I was beyond patient. Now, I am taking all steps which include her being served as this amount is a felony. All attempts to obtain a refund have been covered up by lies and deceit and I have all emails between us both.

After the payment, getting in contact with her was impossible. I have countless emails of her automated system informing me that it her companies “goal” to provide exceptional customer service, and a quality experience. Please allow us 24-48 hours to read and respond to your inquiry. That would go on for weeks and months untill she sent me an email stating that if I kept repeatedly emailing her that she would block me from emailing. I paid her money, she has my products and claims they are in various stages of production, doesn’t answer my emails, yet tells me that she will block me from emailing. Excellent customer service. I have saved every email. Every lie she has told me that the tubes for the lipstick are on a six month back order, or that she didn’t receive the emails with the colors I requested. I have printed every single email and have no issue sending them on request to show the validity of these claims.

I have sent countless emails to her even from the beginning and although the customer service was horrible, I still wanted to give a small business a chance. Finally I was fed up and disputed the consultation amount with PayPal and I received an almost IMMEDIATE. It was shocking at how you can send someone twenty or so emails and get ignored but when you initiate a refund, their email all of a sudden is working. It was like magic. She quickly sent me a package of items I DID NOT ORDER and said she would “send” the rest”. I know she did this to get a bit of my assurance and faith back with he because PayPal would’ve refunded me the remaining funds as well. When I sent her back the package, it was sent back as “return to sender/receiver refused”.

She continued to assure me I would get my items and then when she was supposed to send them “something” would always happen.
