Imax Bancard Network-Pegasus Int'l Inc. Imax Bancard Network Rippoff Valencia, California

I was contacted by a company called "Pegasus Int'l Inc" and was offered a no obligations contract to try there services!!!  They faxed me a quote on how much money I would save if I would only try there company "and at any time if I was unhappy with their services I could cancel" No problem!!  So, Pegasus send me a contract and I went thought it line by line. I circled and initialed the fee's that we agreed on and faxed it back to C.J. the account rep. 

Well, my first invoice was from Imax Bancard and my cost was will over the about Pegasus quoted.  Not only was I charged more then what I was quoted, but in small print on my invoice was a notification that all charges were going to be increased on the first of the month. I called immediately to cancel my account!!!

It's now been four months since I tried to cancel there services.  I have called and faxed a letter three times, and the last time I called them to find out why they were still taking money out of my account? I was told that they were going to deduct $1,000.00 from my account for my cancelation.  I faxed them a copy of my signed contract with the circled and initialed fee's I agreed on & I was told that if the other charges were not cross off I was still RESPONSIBLE for all charges. 

Any company that has to RIPOFF customers to keep them-selfs in bussness speeks for itself. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANY'S. They lie to get company to signup for service.
