so i placed an order. delivery time stated under 20 minutes delivery at the time of my order. Thier log of previously filled orders states an 80% filled in under 17 minutes. i waited 2 hours after i placed the order and looked to see if it had been billed to my bank account. The gold was paid for, so i contacted thier "helpful customer service chat" to be told that they were out of gold and they wanted to me to wait longer. Same response everyday for 8 days. so i sent an email to the customer service. and then 3 more over the next 4 days. On day 10 of waiting i finallly contacted the chat customer service rep and asked for a refund. they told me i needed to email them stating i wanted a refund and then they closed chat on me. so i sent an email. 3 days later still no response to any email i have sent. What a piece of crap company. go order from igxe or playerauctions if you want decent service.
