 I ordered three bottles of moisturizer, they sent me six bottles of cleanser. I paid for UPS shipping, they sent it USPS. I tried to call and their phone number was disconnected. I emailed and Manolo Espinosa wrote back telling me that my money had been refunded but that was untrue, it had not been refunded. The package came to me from: Ralph J. Amato Jr., 4503 NW 103rd Ave. Ste 201, Sunrise, FL 33351-7981 not from IMed Health Products in Miramar, FL as the website implied. My bank said they could not dispute the charge unless I spent an additional $12 to ship the incorrect items back to a website that had already lied to me six times. I decided to cut my losses and try to recover some of my money by trying to sell the cleanser on ebay.
