I was contact before, with this person to work for some projects. So as a developer i try to make business with him. But do you wanna know how this person try to manipulate people? You will be paying for $1000 for your website and expect that he is really working on it? The answer? NO!

He is outsourcing in 3rd countries and hiring some newbies or new developers to work for your website, and do you expect a quality result? Haha! ofcourse not, because, If you are paying $1000 for your website, then he will find to work with it for $300. So see how he got from the single project. And later on, when projects done or even it's not even working he will tell them that's already finished. If you seen any erros then thats another payable?

Firstly the site www.petflock.com is created with php and mysql it even has a back end admin. The contract that we agreed only only includes a blog, reblog connection, images, video ( which is hosted on another site, youtube etc..), talk which is more like an instant messenger chat, and images is image upload function, and video is video upload using other hosting sites.

All those functions I have created. What made the site longer was the fact that everytime I have finished an application, I get another application that is different, For example a youtube engine to be created on the site instead on using other hosting companies. I want to add to everyone who knows development. Do you know how hard it is to create that? Besides from the fact that you have to have an ffmpeg capabilities in your server.

I have my own faults in this work but I cannot do so much work and everytime there are changes that are being sent to me especially when the contract states what things should be in there.

I will send the log in information tomorrow as I have to look for it in my files. I will show the back end work as well as the log in on user side interface.

PS: WHY WOULD I TAKE 1,000.00 IF I CAN FINISH THE WORK AND GET PAID 2,000.00 THIS IS WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING, I WOULD RATHER FINISH THE JOB THAN HAVE BAD REPUTATION. I AM A DEVELOPER THERE ARE THINGS THAT I CAN DO AND THERE ARE ALSO THINGS THAT I CANNOT DO.

I CAN FINISH ALL THOSE THINGS THAT I WAS TOLD BUT IT TEXT TIME AND IT TAKES EXTRA MONEY.

I paid $1000 deposit for web construction not even for the design since I had done the designed for the entire web site myself. All I ever got was an ugly and faked web site where nothing works made of pieces of JPG files I sent as samples.

I have had nothing but lies and promises like I'm troubleshooting my code, I have all the modules done just have to upload thems, my family is visiting me and I couldn't work for days, I went skiing, you will have by tomorrow and so on - TOTALY UNPROFESSIONAL. He dragged it on and on so I was forced to buy a 3rd party module so he won't have much to do but even that didn't work so I waisted more money.

It went for 7 months and he never accomplished the work despite my multiple attempts to email and contact him via phone. He won't answer the phone and when I got him on the phone he claimed he will upload the work and never did it. I realized later that it was a well done SCAM.

Here is how it works: First you trust Imflatech with your project and give a deposit to his PayPal account, later he will create a fake site and tell you that a lot of the work is done but have small problems with the code but that all is good and all of sudden he will contact you with a emergency and that if you would help him with some cash for that day or the next - You will believe it and make your second deposit and that will be the end he will just drag it until you give it up.

I recommend you avoid IMFLATECH and his owner "Jose Paolo Cataluna" at all costs as you will LOOSE YOUR MONEY and never get anything.
