Imlobby gets your email address and other information from CareerBuilder and then sends an email claiming to be a staffing firm inviting you to look at a list of 'open positions'. The 'open positions' don't actually exist , instead you are directed to an advertisement for their software which if you purchase will, of course, allow you to create your own job making a fabulous income.

This company hides behind a variety of shills but if you are somewhat computer literate you can see that the links for 'open positions' are all redirected to imlobby.com (if they had actually read my resume instead of just plucking the email address, they would have noticed that I am a computer scientist.). In one weeks time I received emails from: John Dowd, Taylor Baird with Staffing Force, Jenna L. Wilkes (Human Resource Director at some undisclosed company), Vanessa with USI Staffing and Carolyn Wyche.  All of these emails have a different appearance yet they all have links to imlobby.com.  They are even dumb enough to all use the same return email.

This is one of the stupidest scams I have ever seen. They can barely write English let alone good copy. Even though they use different labels, all of the links go to the same site.  They have a plethora of other sites claiming to be 'reviewing' the imlobby.com site (always with high marks) but they are too stupid to use different site names all of the review sites have imlobby in the name. Idiots.
