Stating that i won 3'062814.00 that it was tax free money and it was clear all i had to do was to send twenty dollars to pay to the for the poster service and i could cash it any ba nk and also i had to sign and send it bac. they also said they wouldn't wrote me if i wasnt a winner saying they just was so happy for me
