I just got a letter indicating that I "have been selected as a cash prize winner and notification has been authorized by I.D.D." They want $20 in order for me to receive this 'prize' of $3,062,814.00. They claim it's guaranteed and once they receive the "report processing fees" they will send out the payment via U.S.P.S.
