Immeubles Rhythm Gestion T.O.R. Inc. Unethical Parking Lot Practices Montréal Quebec

 I just used one of their parking lots in the downtown area (President Kennedy/University) and I was completely apalled by the unethical practice that this place uses. I was running really late for an appointment so I drove into the parking lot. I looked at their sign and they had increments of per 30 minutes usage. It was also indicated a max rate for the day of 22$. The attendant asked for 22$, I paid it since I was keeping my keys and he had no idea how long I would be. After 1 hour I come out of my meeting, go get my vehicle and they tell me that I get no change. I told them the sign clearly indicates 7$ for 60 minutes usage. But they get (all three of them) arrogant and start arguing with me that it's a fixed price for an SUV of 22$ no matter how long I parked. Well the sign is written in a very misleading way and I told them that it was robbery. One of the attendants even chose to grab my hand and then finger to point it out on their sign. At that point I left because I don't think he had the right to physically touch me no matter what. In between all that I asked the owners son, whom said he was a manager, if he thought it was ethical to charge an SUV 22$ fix for 5 minutes and he said yes. They also own and operate buildings in Montreal. I would be very leary to deal with a company that accepts this kind of unethical practice and physicality with their patrons.
