Impact cash loans I recieved a phone call stating that I was approved for a loan up to $5000.00. But it was a ripeoff Internet

 I recieved a call stating that I was approved for a Loan up to $5000.00. I was excited because I getting help! I told him i only wanted $2500.00. He told me that my monthy bill was only 276.00. I agreed. Then he told me to go to the closet western union to pick up my money. When I got to western union he said that I to pay $350 for the insurance fee. I became upset but was told that i would get it back. Because it was going to be added to the loan. I agreed to send the money.

He asked me to lessing the fee i has to wire the money to Jack Smith because by sending it to the company would cost additional $95. I agreeded.1 hour after I sent the money. I recieved a call saying that everything was processed. And then he sent me to his manager James Smith. He gave a processing number and said I had to wire $393.00 to him ad that that would also be refunded to me on the loan.

I told became angery and demanded that this process be  stoped and demanded my money back. He told me that if i canceled the process that i had to send another fee of $276.00. And he and demanded to speak to hung up the phone. I called back and demanded to speak to the manager.And A man identifyed himself as Frank Martin and said that that only way i could get my money was if i set the 393.00. I called back this morning and the number was discontined. This is a scam and somethings needs to be done.
