Impact Computers & Electronics, Inc. Never sent product and keep my money Hollywood Florida

I order a computer top and two hinges on  October 9 the price was $149.00 they said they had one of the hinges the other hinge and top would be sent out in 3-5 days.

Today is October 25 and still no products. I been told many stories about my order from the impact employees even saying they shipped it when they did not. I  called the owner David last Monday he ask if I could give him till Friday.He also said the top had went up for $79 to $144. a bate and switch which is against the law and I called him out on it. I called Friday 9 times before he would take my call. He said I got good new for you the product shipped from Toshiba and We should get it Monday and will ship it out Monday I ask him if he could overnight the parts since I waited so long His answer was why would I do that. TRY SOMETHING CALLED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THIS COMPANY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. Since I bought with Pay pal I will be getting a bill before I get my parts So I have call Pay pal to act on my behalf. I only gave them a one star because that is the lowest rating you can give. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE the owner is rude and crude and use words I would not use on my enemy. He wanted me to say I'm sorry for placing this review or he would not send my parts. At the end of my call yesterday he said he has my parts and he would send them and I would get a tracking number yesterday. Surprise surprise NO TRACKING NUMBER WAS email I would not trust David if his tongue came notarized. Called his office today he would not talk to me but two of his employees said he or the company did not have all products. I called Pay pal regarding his rudeness and I still had not received my order and it not on it's way. A dispute has been placed for the parts. I will be calling my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
