Company sells herbal complex for $2.95, then charges account $50.  My young son who is a student full time bought their A2X for $2.95.   He gave his debit card number for his checking account, which I maintain.

The company then charged him $50 and no further product received.  Upon contacting them they were rude and ugly about it refusing the refund.  This wiped out his account.

They even advertise a full refund if unhappy with the product.  The product is basically a placebo and does nothing.  It is an herbal complex.  My young son was greatly taken advantage of.

I only want his $50 refunded and assurance that his card will not be charged again.

From Amazon:
Educate yourself prior to attempting to utilize this product. Not only is the product ineffective, (I am a nutraceutical specialist)
but the practice of the advertised, "FREE 14 DAY TRIAL - NO COMMITTMENT" is a farce. Bordering on illegal practice, of advertising a 100% money back guarantee, and then stating "we cannot issue a refund. We cannot initiate refunds on shipments because of the possibility of tampering.
It would be unsafe for us to resell a bottle of capsules that has been handled by someone outside of our safe and secure facility. We must destroy any bottles that are returned to us." STARK CONTRAST TO THE PUBLISHED GUARANTEE ON
AMAZON. Save yourself the stress, by not dealing with this company

Young People & Parents Victimized by this Company

AUTHOR: FedUp with Scammers - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 05, 2014

Our family had the exact same experience with this company.  Impact targets young people on their website and then tricks them into submitting credit cards for a "trial with minimal costs", then hits the credit card for $50 for a bottle of pills.  When you contact the company to request a refund you are informed that there are NO REFUNDS and the person you may speak with, Dan Waters, is rude and continuously assaults your parenting skills blaming the entire transaction on the parent.  Um, hey Dan, its the 21st century and kids do have technology access and credit cards. My 16-year-old son really was going through a rough time after an emergency surgery left him vulnerable to online pill pedaling predators like Impact Nutraceuticals.  Dan informed me that there is statements on the website that say you have to be over 18 years of age.  Hum, I went through their check out procedure the other day and NOWHERE on their site during check out is there a statement and/or a sign off that the purchaser is over the age of 18...NOWHERE!  Consequently, this company is not only targeting young, vulnerable online people but they take absolutely no steps to insure that youngsters are not targeted.  We all know why Dan, because your company feels that they can get away with pill pedaling to young buyers with credit cards and online access.  It is time to put a stop to these companies who continually target young buyers.  No Danny boy, it ain't the parents who are to blame it is companies like yours who continually target young, vulnerable buyers online and then repeatedly deny blame and turn the blame over to the parent.  I have informed the State Attorney General in Texas and the FDA.  In addition, my attorney is considering a suit against this company.  Anyone who wishes to join the suit please let me know.  We, as parents and concerned citizens, need to put a stop to this type of online pill pedaling by companies like Impact Nutraceuticals.  Thanks!

Customer Is Proven Factually False Below

AUTHOR: Dan Watters - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 08, 2013

This customer has presented a factually false report in two  important respects. First, while the customer admits he purchased our company's trial product, he accuses our company of debiting the account given without authorization. Referencing the website ordered from at www.a2xanxiety.com, one can readily see that the trial is only offered as part of a monthly subscription. We make this offer abundantly clear in numerous ways. Some short examples include:

Main page (www.a2xanxiety.com)

After the initial 14-day trial, we will send you a new supply each month for the discounted price of $39.95 per month plus $9.95 S&H so that the natural ingredients can continue to promote relaxation and emotional well-being.

Bottom of every page: Placing an order indicates that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Signing up for our 14-Day Trial for $2.95 S&H also enrolls you in monthly automatic shipments of our product at the end of the free trial period for $39.95 plus $9.95 S&H each month.

Terms also explained on order page (please see the order buttons delineating between subscription and non-subscription offers) http://www.a2xanxiety.com/order/ Terms and Conditions: (which must be clicked and agreed to prior to purchase.) http://www.a2xanxiety.com/terms/ The physical receipt with the product itself also clearly states Auto-Ship.

After this first false accusation, the customer goes on to state that he never received the product. His complaint is dated January 3, 2013. Our company ensures delivery of every parcel, and we track every package. According to USPS this package was delivered on the very date this customer made his false complaint. I have included the tracking information below. It was delivered on 1/3 at 11:57 AM. Please see below:

Lastly, after having repeatedly lied in his accusations, the customer requests a refund without any reasonable basis. He believes his son has been "taken advantage of." He does not present any line of logical argument. He simply feels he (and his son) are entitled to preferential treatment due to his son's age. At A2X we pride ourselves in promptly responding to everyone. But, we would never think of conferring preferential status on any customer based on age, race, income, or any other demographic. For all of these reasons, we decline this customer's request.

We hope anyone who reads this "report" will see through the simple untruths presented by this customer. We look forward to helping any new customers who might struggle with anxiety.

Thank you.
