I bought an ECM from this company for my 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible after I was told by the dealership that I needed a new computer.
They advertise that they have plug and play computers for all makes and models, and assured me that I would be able to do it myself.
When I received the first computer they sent me, I installed it, it did not take care of my cam sensor issue, but gave me several more and messed up my transmission. When I put my old computer back in, the transmission worked just fine. So I called and was told to send back that computer and my computer so they could be sure they sent me the correct one.
I sent them both to them, was without a car for over a week, and they sent me another computer. I installed that computer, was told to drive it for at least 15- 20 miles, and it would reset everything and would be fine.
I drove the car for 25 miles, still had check engine light, so took it in and had the codes cleared as they told me to do, and still had the same code. I took the car to the dealership and they told me it was not the correct computer for my car.
I called again, talked to Brian, and he said he had another computer he would send me, I gave him the part number and pin code that the dealership gave me, sent that computer back ( because they won't send another one until they get that one back) and went without a car for another week.
I received that computer, installed it, and now the car won't even start. I called again and was told that if I wanted another computer I would have to pay again.
Now they don't answer or return calls, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but they say without the correct part number they can't help me. I have given them the correct part number, it was given to me by 3 different dealerships, the same number each time. They have my money, my original computer, and I have a computer that doesn't work and a car that won't start.
My original computer would run my car, and was correct. They refuse to return it or my money.
I have been without a vehicle now for a month. They should have told me they would not honor the warranty before I sent the last computer back. It at least ran my car.
This company is no good and they obviously cannot do what they advertise they can do.
